After the return is received, the amounts will be refunded. The customer bears the shipping cost. For dyes, it is required that the experience be on a fabric with a slight dot and not applied to the skin, and this condition is the buyer's responsibility. For perfumes, saffron, and frankincense, it is required that the product's packaging remains in its original shape and the product is not used. The processing period for the return request is within 7 working days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the amounts paid by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping and re-shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Any product with free shipping that is returned will have the shipping cost deducted both ways.
